Major rot spotted inside sliding glass door frame

Rot starts here and extends into wall and frame and floor

Outside wall was exposed to rotten table so we're cleaning it up

removed the rot and rebuilding side of the house from the foundation up

Holes where new post boards will go

Square and ready to set

Hole will be measured five ways

Hole is deep enough

Hole will have a post support eventually

Actually make that two, new post will be 12 inches deep.

New post are in the ground with concrete, all rotten wood has been removed and wall is ready to build.

New frame to replace old rot
